Henry joined SBY Real Estate as a Partner in 2026 from M1 Agency, where he also held the position of Partner. With more than 13 years of experience, he advises occupiers, developers and landlords on the acquisition and disposal of real estate across the UK and Europe. He has established a strong reputation for advising on complex leasehold transactions, including some of the largest leasehold deals in the UK, and has a proven track record in the data centre sector. His expertise also extends to land acquisitions, development funding and wider development consultancy.
