Rufus specialises in Occupational Agency across the South East of England and the wider UK market.
Rufus has three and a half years of experience in the industry, having operated across investment, occupational agency and valuation roles. With extensive knowledge of the Greater London and wider UK markets, he has developed strong relationships and provided advice to a range of fund, developer and investor clients within the industrial and logistics sector over this time.
Before joining SBY in July 2026, Rufus qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at Knight Frank in 2024.
