Tom has specialised in UK Industrial and Logistics Investment since qualifying to become a Chartered Surveyor in 2009. Prior to setting up SBY, Tom was Head of UK Industrial and Logistics Investment at Savills. With over 14 years of experience in the sector Tom has developed a broad and extensive range of client relationships. He has led both acquisition and sales processes on behalf of pension funds, developers and property companies on a number of market leading transactions for single asset investments, development fundings, portfolios and fund recapitalisation.
