Serena is a Senior Surveyor in the Investment team at SBY Real Estate, specialising in the industrial and logistics sector. Serena has operated across investment, valuation and occupational agency roles. Having lived in Birmingham for two years, Serena has an in-depth knowledge of the Midlands and regional logistics markets. Over the last four years, she has developed relationships and provided advice to a range of developer, fund, investor and occupier clients within the sector. Before joining SBY in April 2025, Serena qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at Jones Lang Lasalle.
