Josh has over seven years of experience in the industry, having advised a number of funds, investors, developers and occupiers within the industrial and logistics sector. He also has a range of experience providing valuation and real estate consultancy advice across all core asset classes.
Prior to joining SBY in May 2024, Josh was a valuation surveyor at Savills.
