He has 10 years of experience in Capital Markets, working on transactions across the UK and building strong relationships with major institutions, developers, and private equity houses.
Felix joined SBY in September 2024, following his role as a Partner in the Capital Markets team at Gerald Eve. Over the course of his career, he has led on a number of significant acquisitions, disposals, and funding deals. He has transacted on over £1.1bn worth of deals, most notably Clarion’s recent acquisitions at Redditch, Kettering, and Widnes, totalling £170m.
Felix continues to be actively involved in high-profile transactions, leveraging his deep market knowledge and strong investor network to drive value for clients.
