Serena Smith Joins the SBY Real Estate Investment Team

SBY Real Estate is delighted to announce the appointment of Serena Smith to the investment team.

Serena joins from JLL, where she specialised in tenant representation for some of the UK’s largest industrial occupiers and previously worked within JLL’s industrial and logistics investment teams.

At SBY, Serena will focus on investment mandates for leading funds, developers and property companies, further strengthening the team’s expertise across the industrial and logistics sector.

Her appointment reflects SBY’s continued growth and commitment to delivering market-leading advice across investment, development and leasing.
