Refurbishment Works Begin at Bloom Enfield
The refurbishment of Bloom Enfield, a multi-let industrial estate at 2–7 Centenary Road, Enfield, has officially commenced.
The estate, which offers four units ranging from 5,600 – 33,436 sq ft, is being reimagined to deliver high-quality, sustainable warehouse and business space in one of North London’s most established industrial locations.
The refurbishment will feature:
- EPC A targeted rating
- Air source heat pumps and LED lighting
- EV charging facilities
- Enhanced parking and 12–17m yard depths
The works are scheduled for completion in December 2025, providing businesses with operationally efficient, well-connected space close to the M25, A10 and A406.
