Outline Planning Secured for Phase 2 at EPMK

Beyond has secured outline planning consent for Phase 2 at EPMK (Elfield Park, Milton Keynes), marking the next stage in the delivery of one of the UK’s most forward-thinking industrial campuses.

Phase 2 will deliver four new units totalling c.252,000 sq ft, designed to the same benchmark sustainability and wellbeing standards established in Phase 1. The scheme will target EPC A+ and BREEAM Excellent, with landscaped areas, EV charging, and strong connections to the natural environment forming an integral part of the design.

The proposed accommodation includes:

Strategically located at the junction of the A5 and A421, EPMK sits at the heart of the Oxford–Cambridge Arc, with direct motorway and rail connections to London, Birmingham, Oxford and Cambridge.
