SBY Real Estate has moved into its new offices at 140 Wardour Street, Soho, London W1, marking an important milestone for the business.

These are SBY’s first permanent offices since launching in January 2024 and reflect the growth of the partnership over the past 12 months. The move provides a strong platform for continued expansion, supporting the team as it delivers investment, development and leasing advice across the industrial and logistics market.

The Soho base places SBY at the heart of London’s property community, offering a collaborative environment to engage with clients, partners and colleagues.
