Gerry provides Investment Disposal and Acquisition and Funding advice to major institutions and property companies across the UK. He has 20 years of proven expertise in the industrial sector. Prior to launching SBY jointly with Tom Scott and Jack Booth he was the head of Industrial Capital Markets team at Montagu Evans following the sale of his niche practice Smith Young RE in 2016.
Gerry has established strong relationships with the majority of pension funds and developers and primarily focuses on the South East Industrial Market. Gerry has led on several large scale sales and complex deals, transacting in excess of £3.5bn worth of deals throughout the UK for a range of investors including, UK institutions, Private Equity, REITs.
